2021 GDLN Blended Learning Program: High Touch High Tech: Transforming Education after COVID-19

The 1st session of 2021 GDLN Blended Learning Program "High Touch High Tech: Transforming Education after COVID-19" explores the fundamental changes in the 4th industrial revolution’s education that focuses on the approaches of AI-powered personalized learning combined with teachers’ adaptive nature and innovative teaching for students to obtain the needed skills in the machine workforce era. Introduces the “High Touch High Tech” (HTHT) education as a new way of teaching and learning facilitated by Al-assisted adaptive learning technology (High Tech) and dually relying on teachers in delivery mentoring, personalized guidance, and active learning experiences to students (High Touch). Provides evidences and progress of HTHT education experiment projects and global consortiums through HTHT Initiatives of Education Commission Asia with the objectives of sharing relevant experiences and innovation as well as reducing educational gap and inequalities in education for the disadvantaged and under privileged students.
